The 95th Oscars ceremony will take place on Sunday, March 12, 2023, in the Dolby Theatre:

Red Carpet arrivals begin at 1:00PM PT.
The Oscars begin at 5:00PM PT.
Where is the Oscars ceremony televised?
The Oscars presentation will be televised live on ABC and in more than 225 countries and territories worldwide. Acceptance of a ticket to attend the ceremony is your legal consent to the Academy, the television network, and the sponsors should you appear on the broadcast.
When and where will the Governors Ball take place?
The Governors Ball will take place immediately following the Oscars ceremony in the Ray Dolby Ballroom on the 5th Floor of the Ovation Hollywood complex.
What is the attire for the Oscars?
Attire for the 95th Oscars is formal. We encourage you to reference the Academy’s Sustainable Red Carpet Fashion Guide for inspiration.
How will I receive my digital ticket to attend the Oscars and/or Governors Ball?
Additional information including instructions on how to access your digital ticket will be provided closer to the event. Please note that cellphone numbers are required for each guest to ensure digital delivery of your ticket and additional event information via your smartphone’s Apple or Android Wallet.
What else should I know about my ticket(s)?
All guests are required to show a valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) to be admitted to the Oscars ceremony.
Please retain your digital ticket throughout the evening. Due to heightened security, guests will be asked to show their digital ticket at various times, and anyone not in possession of a valid ticket may be asked to leave.
All guests attending the Governors Ball must have a valid digital ticket for entry.
Please note: Posting photos or screenshots of your digital tickets on social media or elsewhere is prohibited and may result in tickets being revoked.
